RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

 PAPER PRESENTATION:

•        Paper should not exceed 250 words.

•       Paper should be submitted on or before 25^th FEB 2013.

•       Paper selected will be informed to the presenters within 2 days after the submission of paper

•       The presenter shall submit the material in 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy in CD or pendrive (ppt),  on 28^th FEB     2013.

•        The Hard copies should be typed in Font style – Arial/Times new roman, Size – 12, Line space – 1.5, Paper size – A4.

•       Maximum of 15 slides, Each slide can have maximum number of lines: 6 – 8.Lines well spaced and legible to audience(Font size min:28).

•       Any audio support needed should be informed before for feasibility.

•       Duration for paper presentation is maximum 10 minutes.

•       Discussion time after presentation will be 2 minutes.

•      The selection committee will select the paper for presentation and judge’s decision will be final for the award of prize.
